The rituals

5 ways to reset.

Heat, water and steam. Move through them in your own order, in your own time.

Finnish heat

Dry sauna.

A classic Finnish sauna in warm wood. The hot, dry air warms you from the outside in, loosens tight muscles and helps you sweat. Pour water on the stones to make steam.

Infrared

Infrared sauna.

Infrared, not a red light room. The panels warm your body directly instead of heating the air, so it stays cooler than a normal sauna. Easy on the head, and kind to sore muscles.

Steam

Steam room.

Warm, wet steam at a soft heat. It opens the airways, hydrates the skin and relaxes the whole body. The most gentle way to sweat.

Warm water

Hot plunge.

A warm water bath. The heat relaxes the muscles, calms the body and gets you ready for the cold. The most relaxing moment for your body.

Cold water

Cold plunge.

A short dip in cold water. It wakes you up, clears the head and helps the body recover faster after the heat.

Hosted

Recovery host.

A private, guided recovery session through sauna, steam and plunge, led at your pace by a host. Enquire and we set it up for you.

Questions

Good to know.

Recovery is always an add-on to a class or a massage, never on its own. You add it when you book, and your hour in the suite starts right after your session.

€20 a session. Included for Studio and Recovery members, at no extra cost.

Your recovery cancels with it and the €20 is credited straight back to your account, automatically. Nothing to chase.

No recovery on the last classes of the day, so there is always time before we close. Up to 10 people share the suite at a time.

Shower before you start and again between each sauna. This one we do enforce, for everyone.

This is a space to slow down. Keep your voice low. Bring a book, meditate, or just sit with your thoughts, but stay still and let others do the same.

This is not a naked space. Please come in bathing attire: a swimsuit or bikini, or swim shorts. It keeps the suite comfortable for everyone sharing it.

Respect each other and share the hot tub and cold plunge. Keep your time in them reasonable so everyone gets their turn.
