How Ami handles your information. We keep it simple, we keep only what we need, and we never sell your data.
ami.club operates the Ami studio in Aalst, Belgium, and is the data controller for the information described here. For any privacy question, write to hello@ami.club.
Your name, email, phone number and booking history when you create an account or book. Payment information, processed by our payment provider, not stored by us. Any health information you choose to share so we can keep you safe in class. Basic usage data from the website and app.
To take and manage your bookings, handle your tokens and memberships, keep you safe during classes and recovery, and send you the practical messages tied to your account. With your consent, occasional news about Ami. Nothing else.
Bookings and schedules go through our booking system and the Ami app. These providers process your data on our behalf under agreements that protect it. We share only what is needed to deliver the service.
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the providers that help us operate (booking, payment, email) and where the law requires it.
The website uses a small number of cookies to function and to understand visits. You can control cookies in your browser. The app uses only what it needs to keep you signed in and booking.
Under GDPR you can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, and withdraw consent at any time. Email hello@ami.club and we will respond within the legal timeframe. You may also contact the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
We keep your data only as long as your account is active or as needed for legal and accounting reasons, then delete it.
