These terms cover how Ami works, what you can expect from us and what we ask in return. By booking a class, treatment or membership, you agree to them.
Ami is a pilates, recovery and care studio in Aalst, Belgium, operated by ami.club. Bookings and payments go through the Ami app. You can reach us at hello@ami.club.
Classes, treatments and recovery are booked through the Ami app and paid in advance with tokens, a package or a membership. Prices shown in the app are final. Places are limited and confirmed once you receive confirmation.
One token is one class. Package and membership validity is shown at purchase. A package stays valid for its length. Tokens and packages are personal and non-transferable. Memberships renew on the terms shown at sign-up and can be canceled in line with those terms.
Cancel free of charge up to 8 hours before your class and your credit returns. Late cancellations are not refunded and no-shows are charged in full. Arriving after a class has started means you cannot join, for the calm of the room.
Recovery is an add-on to a class or a separate booking. Use the sauna, hot and cold spaces in line with the time guidance and any instructions from the team. Use is at your own risk within those guidelines.
Tell us about injuries, pregnancy or medical conditions before you take part. Ami is not liable for injury or loss where relevant medical information was not shared, or where house rules and instructions were not followed. Take part within your own limits.
Ami gift cards are valid across classes, recovery and the bar. They cannot be exchanged for cash and are valid for the period shown at purchase.
Our house rules form part of these terms. We may refuse or end access where conduct affects the safety or calm of the studio, other members or the team.
We may update the schedule, prices and these terms. Material changes are communicated in advance through the app or by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by Belgian law. This is a working draft and not yet final legal text. Final terms will be reviewed before launch.
