ami is made by the people behind FRIENDS. What began as a brasserie in Aalst turned into something they never planned for. A room full of regulars who knew each other by name. A community, grown slowly, over coffee and time.
ami is where that goes next. The same people, following another of their passions into movement and recovery, building the same warmth into a new space. A place to come back to, alone or with a friend, where belonging is the whole point.
ami means friend. That was never an accident.
Every class is one token. One token is €25. Buy single tokens or a package in the app. The package length is also its validity. The more tokens you buy, the lower your price per class. Recovery is a €20 add-on when you book.
Welcome. Classes go from beginner to advanced, with all-levels sessions in between. Our teachers are dedicated to being present with each and every one of you. That is also why classes stay small, from max 6 people in our Form studio to 11 in our Open studio. Every class has options that make it easier or harder.

Free up to 24 hours before your class, your token goes straight back. Inside 24 hours your spot is released but your token is used. Members: your first no-show each month is free, €10 from the second. A late cancel counts as a no-show. Doors close at start time.
A card reserves your appointment, nothing is charged when you book. Cancel free up to 24 hours before. Inside 24 hours we charge 50% of the treatment price. No-show: the full treatment price.
Massages are paid in the app when you book. Cancel free up to 24 hours before for a full refund. Inside 24 hours we refund half. No-show: no refund.
Workshops are paid per event. Cancel free up to 24 hours before it starts and your credit goes straight back. Inside 24 hours your spot is released but your credit is used.

Comfortable clothes. Grip socks are mandatory for all reformer classes. Don't have any? We have ami socks for sale in the studio. Everything else, just bring yourself.
We officially open on 24 August. From day one the full schedule is live: every class and every appointment in our first week is open to book, from reformer, mat and hot pilates to skin care.
All through the opening month there are special actions and gifts waiting for you in the studio, on top of the opening offer.
On 29 August we host our first Connect Saturday, a recurring day where the studio opens up to connect. Expect energy healing by appointment, an inner connection workshop with cacao, breathwork and sound healing, our run club, and a sunset live set to close the day.
