Free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment. Skin and beauty: inside 24 hours we charge 50% of the treatment price to the card on file, and the full price if you do not show up. Massages: inside 24 hours we refund half, and a no-show is not refunded. This keeps the time reserved for you honest for everyone.
