You can ask us to delete your ami account and personal data here, without the app. The studio processes every request within 30 days and confirms by email.
Your name, contact details, account and booking history are removed from our booking system and our mailing lists. Records we must keep by law, like paid invoices, are kept only as long as the law requires and nothing more.
Deletion gives up everything still on the account: remaining tokens and passes, upcoming bookings, invite credit and any active membership. An active membership is cancelled as part of the request. If you only want to stop emails, use the unsubscribe link instead, your account can stay.
Signed in? The fastest way is inside the ami app: Me, then Delete my account at the bottom.
Prefer email? Write to hello@ami.club from your account email and ask for deletion. Same result, same 30 days.
